Most of our services are completely free. This policy applies only to paid services such as premium counselling packages, application assistance, or any other fee-based offerings available on CollegeDwar.
1. Free Services
The following services on CollegeDwar are provided free of charge and are not subject to any refund policy:
- College search, comparison, and profile viewing.
- Course and exam information.
- College Predictor, Course Finder, Exam Explorer tools.
- Basic counselling lead submission and callback request.
- News, articles, and blog content.
2. Paid Services
CollegeDwar may offer paid services from time to time, which may include:
- Premium one-on-one counselling sessions.
- Application and documentation assistance.
- College shortlisting and personalised admission strategy reports.
- Interview preparation and SOP/LOR assistance.
When purchasing any paid service, the specific fee, scope, and timeline will be communicated to you in advance.
3. Refund Eligibility
You may be eligible for a refund under the following conditions:
- Full Refund: Requested within 48 hours of purchase, before any service delivery has commenced.
- Partial Refund (50%): Requested within 7 days of purchase, where service has been partially delivered (e.g., one session completed out of three).
- No Refund: After 7 days from the date of purchase, or after the service has been fully delivered.
4. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be issued in the following circumstances:
- You change your mind about the college, course, or city after the service has been delivered.
- A college rejects your application due to reasons unrelated to our service (e.g., low scores, seat unavailability).
- You fail to attend scheduled counselling sessions without prior notice.
- Service was delivered in full as agreed.
- The refund request is made after the 7-day window.
- Promotional or discounted packages explicitly marked as non-refundable.
5. Cancellation Policy
You may cancel a paid service by notifying us in writing at support@collegedwar.com. Cancellation requests are processed as follows:
- Cancellations before service commencement: Full refund within 5–7 working days.
- Cancellations after partial service delivery: Partial refund as per Section 3 above.
- Cancellations after full service delivery: No refund.
6. How to Request a Refund

Include your full name, registered email/phone, order or payment reference number, and the reason for your refund request.

We will review your request within 3 working days and notify you of our decision.

Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–10 working days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
7. Payment Disputes
If you believe an incorrect charge has been made to your account, please contact us immediately at support@collegedwar.com. We encourage resolution through direct communication before initiating a chargeback with your bank, as chargebacks may delay resolution and result in service suspension.
8. Changes to This Policy
We reserve the right to update this Refund & Cancellation Policy at any time. The current version will always be available on this page. For paid services already purchased, the policy in effect at the time of purchase will apply.
