• College fees, eligibility criteria, cut-offs, and admission procedures change frequently. Always verify details directly with the respective institution.
• Information on our platform is for guidance purposes only and does not constitute official admission advice.
• Rankings, ratings, and reviews represent aggregated user and editorial opinions and should not be treated as definitive assessments.
• We are not responsible for errors or omissions in information provided by colleges or third parties.

4. No Guarantee of Admission

CollegeDwar does not guarantee admission to any college, university, or educational programme. Admission decisions are solely at the discretion of the respective institutions and depend on official eligibility, merit, reservation policies, and other factors beyond our control. Using our tools (e.g., College Predictor) provides estimates only and not confirmed seats.

5. User Responsibilities

When using our Services, you agree to:

• Not misuse our platform for unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful purposes.
• Not attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or copy our data, listings, or tools without written permission.

6. User-Generated Content

If you submit reviews, ratings, comments, or other content ("User Content") on our platform:

• You grant CollegeDwar a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide licence to use, display, and distribute your User Content.
• You confirm your User Content is truthful, lawful, and does not infringe any third-party rights.
• We reserve the right to remove or moderate any content that is defamatory, abusive, misleading, or in violation of applicable law.

7. Lead Submissions & Counselling

When you submit a lead or counselling request:

• You consent to being contacted by CollegeDwar and its authorised partner institutions via phone, email, or WhatsApp for admission-related communication.
• You may opt out of such communications at any time by replying "STOP" or emailing us.
• We do not share your contact details with unlisted or unauthorised third parties.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on CollegeDwar — including text, graphics, logos, icons, images, tool algorithms, and software — is the property of CollegeDwar or its licensors and is protected under Indian copyright law (Copyright Act, 1957) and other applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our explicit written permission.

9. Third-Party Links & Services

Our platform may link to external websites including college portals, examination boards, and news sources. These links are provided for convenience only. We have no control over, and assume no responsibility for, the content, privacy practices, or availability of third-party websites.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Indian law, CollegeDwar and its directors, employees, and partners shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from use of our Services.
• Loss of data, opportunity, or revenue related to admission decisions.
• Errors, inaccuracies, or omissions in college or exam information.
• Temporary unavailability or technical errors on our platform.

Our total liability in any matter is limited to the amount paid by you for the specific service, if any.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless CollegeDwar, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from your violation of these Terms, your User Content, or your misuse of our Services.

12. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to our Services at any time, without prior notice, if you breach these Terms or engage in conduct harmful to our platform, other users, or partner institutions.

13. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
